Vocational Training: The "Vocational Training Center" of UGHM was jointly established by Chongqing Vocational College of Transportation, UGHM, and UG Human Resources Company, focusing on the application technology training of key equipment such as rock drilling jumbos and cultivating talents for underground engineering machinery construction. The center adopts small-class teaching, emphasizing both theory and practice, and enhances students' practical abilities through simulated operations and field exercises. Since its establishment in 2020, it has trained over 300 students for well-known enterprises such as China Anneng and Shandong Gold, and has provided over 500 professional technical talents to the society, widely recognized by the industry. It promotes the emergence of talents in China's underground engineering machinery field and realizes sustainable industry development.
