    Advantage:

    1. Equipped with an original imported high-horsepower engine. Meets TIER 3 emission standards, featuring powerful performance, low noise, low fuel consumption, and low emissions, capable of meeting the demands of various construction conditions. Utilizes a high-pressure fuel injection system, achieving full electronic control of the injection process through ECM control of fuel supply actuators and timing actuators. This precisely regulates fuel injection quantity and timing, reducing fuel consumption and improving engine efficiency. 

    2. Optimized configuration of key hydraulic components, featuring a main valve with larger diameter and higher pressure, a swing reducer with integrated output mechanism, and a larger travel reducer. These enhancements provide XE950D with greater hydraulic power, increased swing and travel driving force, making it more suitable for harsh mining conditions. 

    3. The understructure features four wheels and one track, reinforced longitudinal beams, and enhanced H-frame load-bearing capacity. The track chain and track rollers are also strengthened, significantly improving the overall load-bearing capability. The working device employs a lightweight box structure design. Critical parts utilize integral forged components, greatly reducing welding stress concentration and defects. Through stress analysis and fatigue life testing, the structural components are ensured to have sufficient strength and rigidity, meeting the requirements for heavy-duty excavation and mining operations. 

    4. The engine intake system employs a swirl tube type pre-filter, coupled with exhaust dust ejection technology. This automatically expels dust from the pre-filter, achieving a separation efficiency of over 90%. As a result, the service life of the air filter is significantly extended, reducing the replacement costs of filter elements. The intake system is equipped with an exhaust dust ejector, enabling automatic dust removal from the air filter. This reduces dust accumulation, extends the lifespan of filter elements, and lowers operational costs for users. 

    5. A single-line electric centralized lubrication system is employed, ensuring accurate lubrication cycles and precise grease dosing. This prevents the oversight of lubrication points that can occur with manual greasing, reducing physical labor intensity. 

    Applicable conditions: Hard soil, gravel, clay with stones, semi-hard rock, weathered rock, coal seams, ore loading, metal mines, limestone quarries, sand and gravel pits, and other physical breaking operations in hard rock formations.
