    Product Introduction

The underground mine truck features comprehensive safety protection system with graded alarms and controls, as well as automatic braking; SAHR braking system combined with engine exhaust brake for enhanced downhill safety; FOPS and ROPS standard enclosed cab, suspended seat, and air conditioning; emergency steering, emergency braking, and reverse camera; three-point contact ladder, thermal insulation, and safety isolation. Bucket capacity range: Below 22m, with a maximum tonnage of 45T.

    Advantages:

Transmission system employs DANA’s proven electronically controlled shift gearbox, providing high traction and strong climbing ability.

Axles are equipped with spring-applied, hydraulically released wet disc brakes, integrating service braking, parking braking, and emergency braking into one system.

The articulation point connection employs joint bearings, with the front frame featuring a swing frame to enable front axle oscillation. Rigid suspension structure is used between front and rear frames and axles, reducing overall vehicle height to adapt to low-ceiling underground tunnel environments.
