    Product Introduction

    UPT-119/2800 Series Mine Crushing Trolley: It is a mobile underground hydraulic crushing equipment specially developed and produced for the secondary crushing of ultra-large rocks (ores) in non-coal mines. It adopts a special chassis structure design, high-strength structural materials, advanced processing technology and convertible working devices. It is safe, practical, stable, reliable, and economical in running. It can completely replace manual crushing and secondary blasting operations, and is widely used in the secondary blasting of large rocks (ores) such as underground mining in non-coal mines, tunnel engineering and quarry etc. 

    Advantages: 

    1. It is equipped with optional (GBT-series) engineer breaker from Korea, which has stable and reliable performance, and high operation efficiency. According to different hardness coefficients of rock, GBT130 and GBT170 breakers can be selected to crush rocks (ores) with a hardness coefficient of less than F18 and a lumpiness of less than 2m³.

    2. With reasonable structure design, its turning radius, gradeability and passing capability can meet the requirements of design conditions of standard tunnel; the full-sealed wet-type axle (of pressure-loss protection type) and corresponding MICO brake system take the leading position in safety and performance reliability; the structural members are made of high-strength structural steel through punching and gas shielded welding technologies, which have been verified for strength and subjected to Hawking stress-aging treatment to undertake heavy load.

    3. The working arm has been specially treated, with an effective range of up to 3,780mm and a swing angle of ±30°, and is characterized by large coverage and high resistance to impact force, which can satisfy the need to move rocks.

    4. Main Components of Hydraulic System: Breaker, plunger pump, electronic control shift handle, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulic control multi-way valve, electronic control proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve and brake system which adopt products from well-known overseas and domestic manufacturers, with reliable quality and performance, high safety factor, energy saving and consumption reduction, and smooth control.

    5. Air-cooling technology is used to control the oil temperature of system, which is scientific and reasonable, and has low operating and maintenance costs.

    6. The sealed cab and control system with reasonable ergonomic layout design are provided with air conditioner, centralized control, video assistance and other design configurations, which are easy to operate and comfortable.

    7. The complete vehicle is painted after being shot blasting and applied with anti-corrosive primer for aircraft carrier to improve its rust and corrosion prevention capabilities and extend its service life under various conditions.
